PRE SCHOOL FITNESS CLASSES

For children ages 2-4 years Youthercise Pre-School Fitness Classes offer fun, themed fitness sessions that link with the Early Learning Goals and help improve fitnes, balance and coordination, movement patters and social interactions.

For children ages 4+ Youthercise offers fun fitness classes for children.  Each class combine dance, skills, games, circuits and activities in order to work towards all round fitness and movement pattern development.

ADULTS FITNESS CLASSES

Youthercise offers adults dance fitness classes through BEATZ - an all inclusive dance fitness session of easy to follow dance fitness routines to main stream music.  Ages 13+ welcome when attending with a participating adult.
