Dance and Fitness Days
Series of dance and/or fitness workshops throughout the school day - flexibility of programmes depending on needs of the school.  
 
Day Packages

• 9.30-2.30 - Day of dance and fitness sessions throughout the school day (includes optional lunchtime club).  £120
   

• 9.30 - 3.30 - Day of dance and fitness sessions throughout the school day - £150 
   

• 8.30 - 4.30 Day of dance and fitness sessions plus after school session for pupils or staff/parents £180
   

• ½ day sessions also available.

 
 
SATs/Assessment Weeks
Dance and fitness sessions available either before, during or after SATs/Assessment Weeks in order to help with the stress and anxiety that can be experienced during these pressured times.  Book a dance and/or fitness day/ ½ day to relieve the stress of assessments for your pupils.  Prices as stated above.

SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Individual Dance Fitness Sessions
Beatz Dance Fitness sessions for pupils within the school day - £40 per 1 hr session
 
Day Packages: 

• 9.30am-2.30pm - Day of Beatz Dance Fitness’ sessions throughout the school day (includes lunchtime club). £120
   

• 8.30 - 3.30pm - Day of ‘Beatz Dance Fitness’ sessions throughout the school day.  £150 
   

• 8.30am - 4.30pm - Day of ‘Beatz Dance Fitness’ sessions throughout the school day plus after school session for pupils or staff/parents.  £180

PRE SCHOOL - Ages 2-4 yrs

Fun filled 45 minutes pre-school dance and fitness class using different themes to engage children aged 2-4 years. Works on key developmental skills: balance, coordination, movement patterns, teamwork, cooperation etc.   
£40 per session (individual and block sessions available).

Seasonal Sessions

Seasonal sessions/parties are also available within schools.
